Kyle Weinberg became a partner with the firm in 2021 after joining as an associate in 2014. His primary area of practice is labor and employment law, where he advises multiple public entities on personnel matters, contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, and labor relations.

In addition, Mr. Weinberg handles complex civil litigation in State and Federal Courts, as well as municipal and criminal defense, and zoning and planning matters. He currently serves as Solicitor for Dennis Township and as Municipal Prosecutor for Cape May City, and previously served as Solicitor for the Woodbine Port Authority.

Mr. Weinberg earned his J.D. from Barry University School of Law (2012) and his B.S. from Arizona State University (2007). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2013) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2014).
