Catherine Boggia, Esq.

Catherine Boggia is an attorney admitted to practice law in both Florida and New Jersey. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from LaSalle University.


Catherine’s legal experience spans multiple practice areas, including real estate law, family law, and civil rights litigation. She currently serves as an attorney at Blaney, Weinberg, and Curio in Avalon, New Jersey, where she focuses on labor and employment law as well as municipal prosecution.


Throughout her career, Catherine has developed strong skills in legal research, drafting motions, and preparing a wide range of legal documents. Known for her attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities, she adapts quickly to different legal environments and manages complex tasks efficiently. Catherine has also performed pro bono work, including representing a parolee at an administrative parole violation hearing, demonstrating her commitment to legal advocacy and community service.
